These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Feeling Wheel mobile
application and related services (“the app”), provided by Niche Chaos LLC
(“we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. WHAT FEELING WHEEL IS
Feeling Wheel is a self-reflection and emotional-awareness tool. It lets you
identify feelings, log check-ins, keep a private journal, practice brief calming
exercises, and receive AI-generated written reflections. It is intended for
general wellness and self-reflection purposes only.

2. NOT MEDICAL OR MENTAL-HEALTH ADVICE
Feeling Wheel does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy,
and is not a substitute for professional care. The AI-generated insights are
automated reflections, not guidance from a licensed professional. See our
Medical Disclaimer for details. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (in the
US) or your local emergency number immediately.

3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under the age of
majority where you live, you may use the app only with the consent of a parent
or guardian.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to misuse the app, including by: attempting to disrupt or overload
our servers; reverse-engineering or attempting to extract source code; using the
app for any unlawful purpose; or attempting to access data that is not yours.

5. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
Insights are generated by an automated third-party AI system and may be
inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your situation. You are responsible for
how you use any information provided. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy
or suitability of AI-generated content.

6. YOUR DATA
Your check-ins and journal entries are stored on your device as described in our
Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backing up any content you wish to keep.
Uninstalling the app deletes this data.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The app, its design, and its content (excluding your own entries) are owned by
Niche Chaos LLC and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal,
non-commercial purposes.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind,
express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability,
and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted,
error-free, or secure.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niche Chaos LLC will not be liable for
any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any
loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any
claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app
(which, for a free app, is zero).

10. CHANGES TO THE APP OR TERMS
We may modify or discontinue the app, or update these Terms, at any time.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States,
without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in
the courts located in Pima, Arizona.
