Feeling Wheel (“the app,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a self-reflection tool
published by Niche Chaos LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information the
app handles and how. By using Feeling Wheel, you agree to this policy.

1. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
Your emotion check-ins, journal entries, saved insights, streaks, points, and
app settings are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload, back up,
or access this data. If you delete the app, this data is erased.

2. INFORMATION SENT TO OUR SERVER
When you request an AI “insight,” the emotion path you selected and any note you
typed are transmitted securely (over HTTPS) to our server, which forwards them
to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic PBC) to generate a written reflection.
This text is used only to generate your insight in real time. It is not stored
on our server, not logged, and not used to train any model by us. The generated
reflection is returned to your device and stored only there.

3. THIRD-PARTY PROCESSING
Insight text is processed by Anthropic PBC under their commercial terms and
privacy commitments. We share only the emotion path and note text necessary to
generate a reflection; we do not send any identifier, name, email, or device ID.

4. WHAT WE DO NOT DO
– We do not sell or rent your data.
– We do not use advertising networks or ad tracking.
– We do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
– We do not require an account and do not collect your name, email, phone
number, contacts, or precise location.

5. NOTIFICATIONS
If you enable daily reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your
device. We do not send push notifications from a server and collect no data to
deliver them.

6. YOUR CONTROLS
From the app’s Settings screen you can, at any time: export all of your data as
a file, or permanently delete all of your data from your device.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Feeling Wheel is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly
collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided
information through the app, contact us and we will address it.

8. DATA SECURITY
Data sent for insights is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
On-device data is protected by your device’s own security. No method of
transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute
security.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page
with an updated “Last updated” date.
